Khorshid Alokozay is a highly experienced educator and master trainer with over 15 years of teaching experience at a public university and more than a decade of delivering large-scale human development training programs in Afghanistan. She has dedicated her career to curriculum development, gender and development training, and capacity building, with a strong background in project management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement. Her ability to design and implement impactful educational programs has significantly contributed to the advancement of literacy and professional development initiatives.
Throughout her career, Khorshid has worked extensively in teaching, management, and executing sponsored projects. As a lecturer at Balkh University, she played a key role in overseeing academic programs, managing student-administration relations, and leading fundraising and alumni engagement efforts.
