Mohammad Sharif Samsor is a dedicated specialist in Public Policy & Administration and an accomplished project manager with a strong background in university management, human development, and grant-funded projects. As the Founder and Director of Kawun Online Language and Quran School, he is committed to providing accessible, high-quality education to students worldwide, particularly focusing on preserving native languages and cultural heritage among diaspora communities. His work ensures that Afghan children and families living abroad stay connected to their roots by learning their native languages, traditions, and religious studies.

In addition to his work in online education, Mohammad is also the Founder and President of Kawun University in Afghanistan (KAWUN Institute of Higher Education), established in December 2014. In this role, he has been responsible for:

✔ Management of the University’s finances

His strong analytical skills and deep understanding of grant management processes have allowed him to create and evaluate technical and cost proposals, develop scopes of work, and draft performance work statements with precision.

In addition to his extensive background in development and education, Mohammad has over seven years of experience working with the National Assembly of Afghanistan (Parliament), contributing to legislative processes and policy-making efforts. His proficiency in campaigning, fundraising, and event management has further strengthened his ability to lead and execute successful projects.

Mohammad is also highly skilled in translation services, with expertise in English, Dari, and Pashto. His experience in immigration services in Canada has provided him with valuable insight into assisting individuals with legal and settlement processes. Through his work in education and community engagement, he has remained a strong advocate for cultural preservation and language continuity, helping Afghan communities abroad maintain a deep connection to their linguistic and cultural identity.
