General Overview – Pashto Curriculum (Ages 6–18)

Ages 6–9: Beginner Level

At this initial stage, the curriculum focuses on introducing children to the foundations of the Pashto language—especially listening and speaking skills. Classes create a fun, engaging environment through interactive activities such as songs, poems, and stories. Students begin learning the Pashto alphabet and simple vocabulary and gradually learn to speak short sentences. This stage is essential for building emotional connection to the language and expanding speaking ability.

Ages 10–12: Intermediate Level

At this stage, students expand reading and writing skills. They learn basic grammar, sentence structure, and more advanced vocabulary. Students write short paragraphs and dialogues, strengthening their ability to express themselves. Cultural projects, role-play, and group work are included for deeper understanding. Continuous assessments and individual feedback ensure progress tracking.

Ages 13–15: Upper Level

At this stage, students build deeper understanding. The curriculum uses advanced reading materials such as stories, essays, and poems. Students learn advanced grammar, idioms, and literary expressions. Through cultural discussions and contemporary topics, students express their ideas and use language meaningfully.

Ages 16–18: Advanced Level

At this stage, students focus on analytical skills, academic writing, and literary studies. They study classical and modern Pashto literature, write essays, conduct research projects, and learn formal presentation skills. After graduation, students will be able to use the language fluently in different contexts.
