Professor Mukammal Alkozay is a recognized scholar, educator, and academic leader who has dedicated his professional life to expanding higher education, linguistic studies, and research. With decades of experience in academic institutions and university management, he has played an important role in building modern education systems and strengthening international academic cooperation.

Education and Academic Expertise
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pashto Language and Literature from Kabul University in 1979 and completed a Master’s degree in the same field in 1987. His deep expertise in linguistics, literature, and research has made him one of Afghanistan’s most respected academic figures.

As a committed teacher and researcher, he has produced significant academic work, including:
